First clean Amarnath leaves and then slice to small pieces, keep aside.

In a pan, heat oil and add chana dal, jeera, moong dal, mustard seeds and green chillies.

Saute for a while till mustard seeds splutter.

Add Onions, garlic pieces, curry leaves and dry red chillies. Cook till onions turn soft.

Put thotakura and cook on low to medium flame till leaves shrink.

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Cook further with lid covered till tomatoes turn soft.

Sprinkle red chilli powder and cook further till leaves are cooked.

At the end sprinkle coriander powder and mix well.

Serve Thotakura Tomato Curry or Amaranth Leaf Curry hot.
