Mash khoya and transfer into the heavy saucepan.

Cook on low flame until you get a soft lump.

Add sugar powder. Stir continuously, you get smooth paste and moisture is evaporated.
Tip: When it comes to end, you can find the thick batter with mass accumulated. One need to stir gently until it loses its stickiness. If it is sticky then that means it still needs to be cooked.
Tip: If you feel Khoya Burfi is sticky even after cooking, you may use milk powder and knead.
