Let’s start with cooking macaroni pasta for which let's boil water and add little salt and oil. Once the water starts boiling add pasta.

In about a minute or two pasta gets cooked, take one piece and check by pressing with fingers, if pasta turns soft then off the flame.

Before it turns mushy, transfer pasta into a net ladder and drain the stock. If you want non-sticky we may even add little running water or cold water.

In a pan add little oil and add finely sliced garlic, onions, green chillies and optional vegetables (carrots, beans and capsicum).

Add tomatoes and mix all ingredients. Close the lid of the pan and cook for a minute or two on low flame so that vegetables turn soft.

Put tomato sauce, red chilli sauceKashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt.

Mix all ingredients and add pasta. Mix again till spice gravy gets coated well to veg macaroni pasta.

Stir for a while till they become dry during this period we can grate cheese to give cheesy texture or just skip it.
