Ingredients
  • Guava – 2 No.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Chilled water – 2 glass
  • Sonf/ fennel seed powder – ½ tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Always it’s a good idea to clean fruits, clean guava and cut into pieces.
  2. Add pieces to juice blender, sugar and milk. Blend till pulp becomes a coarse paste.
  3. Pour 2 glasses of water, based on the consistency and size of the fruit adjust water quantity.
  4. Put a skillet over the vessel and pour juice into it, remove pulp.
  5. Pour Guava Juice Recipe or Amrud Juice into the glass and garnish with sonf powder.
