Ingredients
3tbsp.Oil
½tbsp.Mustard seeds
¾tbsp.Cumin seeds
1cupOnions
5No.Green chillies
2tbsp.Ginger garlic paste
2tbsp.Curry leaves
250Gms.Dosakaya/ sambar cucumber 1 medium-size
½tbsp.Turmeric powder
1tbsp.Salt
1cupTomato
½tbsp.Red chilli powder
½glassWater
2No.Boiled Eggs
½tbsp.Coriander powder
Instructions
Add oil, once it reaches optimum heat add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Drop sliced onion pieces and slit green chillies until onions turn translucent.
Make a space in the middle of onions and add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a while.
Add curry leaves and slit dosakaya and mix well.
Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook further till tomatoes are cooked.
Sprinkle red chilli powder and add water.
Add eggs and cook further for a minute so that eggs absorb the blend of spices.
At the end of the recipe, sprinkle little coriander powder and mix well.
