1.  Remove the brown skin from ice apple and cut them into small pieces.

Remove hard skin and cut into small pieces.

2.  Put sliced pieces along with sugar crystals in a mixer jar and crush for a while.

Put sliced pieces and add crystal sugar in a mixer grinder.

3.  Add the required water to make juice and grind further to get soft and thick ice apple juice.

Add chilled water or ice cubes and grind to smooth juice.

4.  Squeeze little lemon juice in a serving glass and pour juice. Mix with a spoon and serve fresh.

Ingredients

  • Ice Apple – 6-8 No.
  • Sugar crystals – 4 tbsp.
  • Water – required
  • Lemon – ½ slice

Instructions

  1. Peel the brown skin off the ice apple and chop it into small pieces.
  2. Place the sliced pieces and sugar crystals in a mixer jar and smash for a few minutes.
  3. Add the necessary water to make juice and process until you have soft and thick ice apple juice.
  4. Squeeze some lemon juice into a serving glass and pour. Serve immediately after mixing with a spoon.
