- When mangoes are sliced for garnishing, slice them into small pieces.
- Fresh cream will not only make milk thick but also gives it a creamy texture.

Mango Custard Recipe is one of the delicious dessert recipes made with custard powder and mango pulp as main ingredients.
Ingredients
- Custard powder – 3 tbsp.
- Milk – 1 Ltr.
- Mangoes – 3 No.
- Fresh cream – 1 bowl
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Almonds – 1 tbsp.
Instructions
- Add custard powder to a mixing bowl and add cold milk to form a thick paste. Make sure there are no lumps.
- In a large vessel or pan, boil milk on medium flame.
- Meanwhile, peel and slice mangoes into small pieces. Make two portions of mango slices.
- One is to make a soft paste and another is to garnish and to put in the Mango custard recipe.
- To get a yummy and creamy texture we need to add fresh cream when the milk starts boiling.
- Add sugar and diluted custard powder and stir constantly so that there are no lumps.
- Boil milk till we get a thick concentration. Once we get the required consistency remove it from flame and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, take half portion of mangoes and make a soft and thick paste.
- Add this paste to custard concentration only when it’s cooled. Mix well if needed we can even blend it.
- At last to give mango texture put a second-half portion of mango slices in it and garnish the mango custard recipe with almond slices.

How to make Mango Custard Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl add custard powder and 3 large spoons of cold milk. Mix to form a thick paste.
2. Add milk to a kadai and bring it to boiling point.
3. Clean and peel a thin layer of mango skin and slice it into small pieces.
4. Add fresh cream to boiling milk and mix to get thick and creamy concentrated milk.
5. Meanwhile, put a few chunks of mango slices into a mixer grinder and make a thick and soft paste of mango.
6. Put sugar and diluted custard concentration and mix well so that there is no lump formation.
7. When custard milk starts boiling and we get a thick concentration to remove it from the flame and let it cool.
8. Put mango paste in custard milk when it cools. Mix to get a thick concentration of Homemade Mango Custard.
9. To give additional flavor to the custard, put a few mango pieces.
10. When serving we can put a few more mango pieces and garnish Mango custard Recipe with almond slices.
