When I was a child, I always like to have it in liquid form as the seeds were so strong that they used to hurt me or sometimes stuck in between teethes. But what to do its flavour used to tempt me, especially pink guava.

Ingredients

  • Guava – 2 No.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Chilled water – 2 glass
  • Sonf/ fennel seed powder – ½ tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Always it’s a good idea to clean fruits, clean guava and cut into pieces.
  2. Add pieces to juice blender, sugar and milk. Blend till pulp becomes a coarse paste.
  3. Pour 2 glasses of water, based on the consistency and size of the fruit adjust water quantity.
  4. Put a skillet over the vessel and pour juice into it, remove pulp.
  5. Pour Guava Juice Recipe or Amrud Juice into the glass and garnish with sonf powder.

  • Clean Guava under tap water and slice it into small pieces. Add to juicer blender.

Note: Grinding too much may grind even seeds by giving a sandy texture. Some say that sandy texture causes irritation to the throat.
