Among grapes, there are three variants black, red and green. Whenever we go to the market to purchase grapes, the green variant is lower in cost as most of the time black and red are used to make wine. Also in India, the green variant is cheaper.
When I was a child, I used to hate to eat grapes as we needed to remove seeds by biting them with my hand, and my hands used to become sticky. Later I found seedless grapes so I started liking green grapes.
As said above, as I like the seedless version, I have used the same to make the Green Grape Juice Recipe. If at all you are using seeded, then we need to slit to half and remove seeds. Although we can remove them while distilling, once the seeds get crushed they may change the taste of our recipe.
Before making this recipe, it’s a good idea to taste it so as to determine its sweetness and sourness. We need to add extra sugar to adjust both sweet and sour flavours.
In order to yield more production and be free from insects farmers stopped using biofertilizers and neem water to kill insects. So we need to add vinegar to water and clean them in that water to remove traces of pesticides.
TIPS to make Perfect Green Grape Juice Recipe:
- If you are using seeded grapes, remove them to get the perfect flavour.
- Increase or decrease the number of ice cubes or ice water as per your required thickness of juice.
- To remove traces of pesticides clean fruits in vinegar mixed water.
- Based on the sourness of the fruit adjust the quantity of sugar to make the best Green Grape Juice Recipe.

Ingredients
- Green Grapes – 1 bowl
- Sugar – 4 tbsp.
- Salt – A pinch
- Pepper – A pinch
- Ice cubes – 8 No.
- Coldwater – 100 ml. optional
- Lemon extract – 1 tbsp.
Instructions
- Wash and clean green grapes, transfer to juicer mixer.
- Adjust sugar quantity based on the number of grapes and sourness, add pepper, salt and ice cubes.
- Blend to a soft paste, check the consistency and add adequate water.
- Place skillet over a vessel and pour juice to distil the pulp.
- Now transfer juice in a glass and add little lemon extract (if you like to have a bit sour).
- Serve Green Grape Juice chilled and fresh.

How to make Green Grape Juice:
- Clean green grapes in water mixed with vinegar and then transfer it to a juicer mixer.
- Add sugar, salt, pepper and ice cubes. Blend for a minute.
- Check the consistency of the juice, if you want it thick it’s ok, or else add a little water.
- Pour green grape juice through the skillet and stir gently over a skillet with a spatula or with a spoon so that juice comes down and the pulp remains in the skillet.
- Transfer juice to the serving glass and put lemon extract and stir.
- Green Grape juice tastes great when served fresh and chilled.
