Egg Omelette with potato chips is one of the easy and simple breakfast recipes one can make in a minute.
Ingredients
- Eggs – 2 No.
- Salt – ¼ tbsp.
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tbsp.
- Potato chips – 1 packet Lays – Cream & onion flavor
- Butter – a small piece
- Carrot grate – 1 tbsp.
- Capsicum – 1 tbsp.
- Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl break two eggs, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper.
- Beat the mixture to get a soft texture.
- I have used Cream & onion flavor potato chips, based on your favorite flavor you can choose a different flavor.
- Crush chips into small pieces and put 2 tbsp. into the egg mix.
- On a pan, either add butter or oil and spread over the pan.
- Add egg mixture and top with capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves and few potato chips.
- We can even add sweet corn and cheese based on your taste.
Lower the flame and cook for a minute or two till Egg Omelette with potato chips base turns golden brown color.

How to make Egg Omelette with potato chips:
1. Break two eggs in a mixing bowl, add a little salt and black pepper. Whisk for a while.
2. Crush lays into small pieces either separately or while they are in the packet.
3. Add 2 tbsp. crushed potato chips in egg beat and whisk again.
4. Place a butter piece over a pan and let it melt and spread over the pan.
5. Pour egg mix and spread chips evenly.
6. Top with carrot grate, capsicum pieces, coriander leaves and few pieces of lays chips.
7. Lower the flame and cook the Egg Omelette with potato chips for a minute till you get a thick and crunchy base.
