Best Egg Maggi Noodles Recipe | Yippee Egg Masala Noodles

Egg Maggi Noodles or Yippee egg Masala Noodles is one of the delicious and instant breakfast recipes that every child likes to eat.

For people who can spare 2 more minutes to make their breakfast more nutritious and tasty then this version becomes a perfect choice. We can obtain almost street-style flavour by following our steps.

If you are an egg lover and want to make your breakfast different with instant noodles then don’t waste your time. We can make Yippee Egg Masala Noodles either non-sticky or soft and juicy.

First eggs are scrambled to make egg bhurji by adding little spices and then added in the later part of the recipe.

As mentioned earlier, we add onions, capsicum and carrot to this recipe as vegetables. I have added only three ingredients if you want you can even add French beans and green peas to make it healthier.

If you are using yippee masala noodles, it comes with a small number of veggies along with a spice mixture. As we are already using spice powder which comes along with the pack, it is enough if we can add a little pepper powder and adjust salt accordingly.

TIPS to make Egg Maggi Noodles:

  • If we fry eggs separately we can get egg pieces while having noodles.
  • We need to sprinkle a little salt and pepper while frying eggs so that it absorbs the flavours or else when we bite them we may feel they are tasteless.
  • As per our taste, we can increase or decrease the number of vegetables. I have added only carrots and capsicum. You may also add French beans and peas.
  • Based on the number of veggies you put, add salt and adjust as per your taste.
  • Sprinkle spice powder once noodles become soft so that noodles can absorb the flavours of spice powder.
  • Adding water in the right quantity makes it perfect. Also, few people like to have them semi-cooked like the way street vendors make and others prefer making them soft. Adjust the way you prefer to eat.
  • Always serve hot as the flavour of Egg Maggi Noodles can be enjoyed when it’s hot. Also never try to reheat this recipe as we are using instant noodles from a branded package.

Ingredients

  • Maggi/ Yippe Noodles – 3 No. 60gm. Pack x 3 No.
  • Eggs – 4 No.
  • Oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 tbsp.
  • Black pepper – ¼ tbsp.
  • Carrot – ½ cup finely sliced
  • Onions – 1 cup
  • Capsicum – ½ cup
  • Red chilli powder – ¼ tbsp.
  • Water – 3 glasses 750 ml

Instructions

  1. First, let’s prepare egg bhurji. Heat oil in a pan and break eggs.
  2. Sprinkle little pepper and salt. Cook on medium to high flame, scramble eggs.
  3. Once cooked transfer to another bowl and keep aside.
  4. Add carrots, onions, capsicum ( French beans, green peas, cabbage etc.) and cook on low flame. When adding veggies if we slice them into thin then they can be cooked in less time.
  5. We can add chilli sauce or red chilli powder to get a spicy flavour and add salt to taste.
  6. Once onions turn mild soft add 750 ml. water and bring it to boil.
  7. If you want non-sticky then add 600ml. water but make sure that noodles do not get burnt.
  8. Put noodles and cover the lid. Cook for a minute and add spice powder which came along with this pack.
  9. Add egg bhurji and a little salt as per your taste. Mix and cook for a while till water evaporates.
  10. Egg Yippee masala noodles or Egg Maggi tastes great when served hot.

How to make Egg Maggi Noodles:

1.  Add 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, break eggs and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.

2.  Mix and fry eggs by scrambling them on medium heat. Transfer to another bowl, and keep aside.

3. Slice carrots into fine thin pieces so that they can be cooked easily, add them to oil and fry for a minute.

4.  Add finely sliced onions and capsicum. Sauté for a while.

5.  Sprinkle red chilli powder and ¼ tbsp. salt. Sauté for a while till onions turn soft.

6.  Add 3 glasses full water and bring it to boil with the lid covered. For each noodles pack of Maggie/yippee noodles.

Add 3 glass full water.

7.  Put noodles in hot water and cook for a minute with the lid covered so that they become soft.

Add noodles and cook.

8.  Sprinkle Masala powder which came along with the noodles pack and cook for a minute till you get mild sticky and water to evaporate.

Sprinkle spice powder.

9.  Add cooked eggs, a little salt ( ½ tbsp.) as per your taste and mix well.

Add scrambled eggs and little salt.

10. Cook till all water is evaporated and the Egg Maggi Noodles Recipe are done. Serve hot.
