Ingredients
- Mushroom – 1 bowl
- Dry red chilies – 8 No.
- Garlic pieces – 17 No.
- Salt – ¾ tbsp.
- Sugar – 1 tbsp.
- Lemon – ½ piece
- Oil – 6 tbsp.
- Onions – 1 bowl
Instructions
- Spice powder plays an important role in our recipe, In a blender add dry red chillies, sugar, a little salt and garlic pieces.
- Blend to a fine paste and add little lemon juice to give tangling taste, keep aside.
- Mushrooms need to be fresh, make sure they don’t turn their colour, Slice to two halves.
- In a pan add oil, once its heated, put onions, above spice paste and a little salt.
- Cook till oil oozes out, now add sliced mushrooms.
- Mix all ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- If you love spicy food, then this recipe tastes great, if you want to lower spiciness then it’s a good idea to check the taste and adjust salt or add a bit more lemon juice.

- First, let us prepare spice paste, add dry red chillies, garlic pieces, ½ tbsp. salt and sugar.
- Add a few drops of lemon extract to nullify spiciness and give tangling flavour.
- Grind to a fine paste and transfer to another bowl.

- Slice mushrooms into two half’s and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions, little salt and Mirchi paste. Saute for a while.
- Once the oil starts floating, add mushroom pieces.
- Mix well so that all spices are coated well.
- Cook for 2 minutes on low flame with lid covered, so that mushrooms get cooked.
- Check the taste of the recipe and add a little salt as per your taste.
