Ingredients

  • Black Jamun – 250 gms.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Lemon – ½ piece
  • Water – 250 ml.

Instructions

  1. Chop and set aside the flesh of java plums.
  2. Add these pieces in a mixer juicer. Add sugar and blend to soft paste.
  3. Squeeze lemon extract, add water to dilute, and mix once again.
  4. If desired, we can filter; otherwise, juice can be directly poured into a serving glass and served fresh.
