- If we blend raw almonds they remain coarse, but soaked one can be blended to a soft paste.
- Remove the skin as they float over milk and hard to digest by children.
- If saffron is readily not available you can add little orange colour or skip and add cardamom powder.
- When almonds are blended to smooth paste and boiled, we get thick concentrated badam milkshake.

Badam Milk Shake, How to Make Badam Milk Shake, Badam MilkShake
Ingredients
- Almonds/ Badam – 20 No.
- Water – Required qty.
- Milk – 2 bowls
- Sugar – 3 tbsp.
- Saffron – few strands
Instructions
- Soak badam overnight by adding adequate water.
- Next day morning, remove skin and put them in a mixer grinder and blend to paste.
- Add little water to get a soft paste and keep aside.
- In a pan boil milk, add sugar and mix well.
- Pour almond paste and boil further to get a thick consistency.
- Add a few strands of Kesar to make Kesar badam milkshake.
- If you do not have kesar, you can add cardamom powder.
- Boil for 2 minutes so that milk turns its colour.
- Serve Badam Milk Shake either hot or cold garnished with saffron strands.

How to make Badam Milk Shake Recipe:
- Put almonds in a bowl and add required water. Soak overnight.
- Once soaked, it becomes easy to remove the skin of almonds.
- Put badam in a mixer grinder and blend to a coarse paste.
- Add little milk and blend further to get a soft paste.
- In a separate pan, pour 2 cups of milk and boil.
- When milk is boiling add 3 tbsp. sugar and mix well.
- Add soft paste of almond into milk and boil further.
- Put a few strands of saffron to get colour. Based on the quality of the saffron your milk will change its colour.
- Boil for a minute so that saffron leaves its colour.
- Pour Badam Milkshake in a glass and garnish with few strands of saffron.
