We all know Beets are dark purple colored roots that stick to our hands while slicing. Also, they are one of the best drinks to lower our body’s cholesterol.
In our recipe, we have not added any lemon extract. If you want we can even add a few drops of lemon extract to give a refreshing touch.
Beetroot juice helps in aiding people who regularly consume alcohol as this juice acts as detoxification to our body by cleansing the Liver.
Tips to make the perfect Beetroot Juice Recipe:
- Beets belong to the root family so they are hard to crush and extract the juice.
- Before adding water to the juice, crush the beets to their maximum.
- Do not put whole water at a time, put half a glass and then blend so that the beets are crushed well and become a soft paste.
- In the end, put the required quantity of water and then blend to the required consistency.
- Adding lemon juice will give it a tangy flavour and remove its raw flavour.
- We can use the pulp of this recipe as a food colouring agent.

How to make beetroot juice recipe:
1. Peel and slice the beetroot into small pieces and put them in a mixer grinder.
2. As we are using only one cup of beets, adding 2 tbsp. ginger gives the perfect combination.
3. Add 1 tbsp. sugar to nullify the raw flavour of this recipe. Blend for 2-3 minutes as beets are hard to blend.
4. As we are making use of 1 cup of beets, it becomes hard to make a paste so add little water to it and blend further.
5. Add one more glass of water and blend so that it becomes easy to extract the juice.
6. Pour juice over a strainer and extract the juice.
7. Using a spatula press the pulp of the juice to extract the remaining juice.
8. Pour beetroot juice recipe in a glass and serve fresh.
