Tips to make the perfect Tutti Frutti Cake Recipe:
- To make this recipe we can make use of sunflower, vegetable oil, ghee or butter.
- The egg acts as a rising ingredient, so always use fresh eggs and use them at room temperature.
- Make sure that Rising ingredients are not expired and are fresh.
- Blending or whisking plays an important role in making batter light and airy.
- When you are whisking with hand then you need to do it for 5-10 minutes and when using a machine it’s ok if you do it for 5 minutes.
- If you are using a machine to beat the mix then use low to medium speed as high speed doesn’t give you the best results.
- We can even add tutti frutti while mixing the batter to have them all over the cake but if you want them over the crust then put them before baking.
- After adding batter to the cake pan tap it so that air bubbles come out.
- Transfer Tutti Frutti Cake to another plate only after it cools down or else it may fall apart as they tend to be tender when hot.
- To check whether the cake is baked or not pierce with a toothpick, if the cake sticks then it needs some more time. If it doesn’t stick then it’s ready.
